Booking and Scheduling

How do I book an event?

Booking is easy! Simply select your package and complete our online booking form. A 50% deposit is required to secure your date.

When should I schedule the fire truck during the party?

We recommend scheduling your experience about 30 minutes after your party begins. This allows time for guests to arrive so no one misses out on the fun.

Does the time start when you arrive?

No—your booked time begins once setup is complete and the experience starts.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weekends, as dates fill quickly.

Payments and Policies

What is your payment policy?

Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your event date.

We offer convenient payment options, including Shop Pay Installments and Klarna, so you can reserve your experience now and pay over time if needed.

What is your cancellation policy?

Because we reserve your specific date and time exclusively for your event, all bookings are final and non-refundable.

We understand that plans can change, and we will always do our best to reschedule your event when possible based on availability.

If we arrive and are unable to begin the event due to no host or guests present, it will be considered a no-show and no refund will be issued.

What happens if there is bad weather?

If weather conditions are unsafe, we will work with you to reschedule your event. Safety is always our top priority.

What if we need to reschedule?

We do our best to accommodate reschedules based on availability.

What happens if no one is present at the event?

If we arrive and are unable to start due to no host or guests present, it will be considered a no-show and no refund will be issued.

What happens during the visit?

Depending on your package, kids may:

Do kids get to ride in the fire truck?

Ride opportunities are included in the Engine Company Adventure and Five Alarm Experience packages.

What is the Rapid Response Birthday package?

This is a short fire truck drive-by experience that includes:

  • Lights-on arrival

  • Quick photo opportunity

Event Preparation

Where should the fire truck park?

Please ensure there is adequate space (about 3 car lengths) for the fire truck to safely park and exit.

What should we do if our party is in the backyard or park?

If your gathering is away from the street, we recommend bringing guests toward the front or truck location during our visit so everyone can safely participate.

What should kids wear?

Comfortable clothing is recommended. Closed-toe shoes are preferred for safety.

Should food be served before or after?

We recommend planning food before or after the fire truck visit so kids can fully enjoy the experience.
