Deposit & Payment
Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your event date.
We offer convenient payment options, including Shop Pay Installments and Klarna, so you can reserve your experience now and pay over time if needed.
Cancellation Policy
Because we reserve your specific date and time exclusively for your event, all bookings are final and non-refundable.
We understand that plans can change, and we will always do our best to reschedule your event when possible based on availability.
If we arrive and are unable to begin the event due to no host or guests present, it will be considered a no-show and no refund will be issued.
Weather Policy
Safety is our top priority. In the event of unsafe weather conditions such as lightning, high winds, severe storms, extreme heat advisories, or hazardous road conditions, activities may be adjusted, rescheduled, or refunded. We will work with the host to determine the best solution.
Rescheduling
Events may be rescheduled based on availability. Deposits may be applied toward a new date if rescheduling is requested with reasonable notice or due to weather or unforeseen circumstances. One complimentary reschedule is permitted.
No-Show Policy
If we arrive and are unable to reach the host or safely conduct the event, the booking will be considered a no-show and the deposit will be retained.
Safety & Operational Discretion
For the safety of all participants, the firefighter operator may pause, modify, or stop activities if conditions are deemed unsafe.
